Regular meeting
President James Marko brought the meeting to order at the Kimberly Huwe residence at 7:00pm. All members were present Kimberly Huwe and Galen Sichmeller. A motion was made by Sichmeller and second by Huwe to read and approve the minutes of the June 7th meeting. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Huwe and second by Sichmeller to submit and pay bills. The bills that were submitted for payment were, Northwestern Energy for electricity, 73.36, Dependable Sanitation Inc. for garbage, 175.00, Groton Independent for publishing, 19.42, Hanten’s Repair for repair on tractor starter,71.49, Diana Marko for park mowing,75.00 and for the difference in return of battery for tractor, 22.26.
A motion was made by Sichmeller and second by Huwe to adjourn the meeting at 8:00pm. Motion carried.
The next meeting will be held at the James Marko residence on August 2nd 2010 at 7:00pm.
